What do you like best? Cheap for the volume of emails you can send using the emailing marketing product. What do you dislike? The number of email lists you can create is capped. Affordable and easy to integrate and start using

What do you like best? Sendgrid is an extremely easy to use SMTP solution. They have affordable plans that allow you to scale up your business easily. Reliable SMTP service provider

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We use SendGrid as SMTP provider for the emails of our external clients. Before we started using SendGrid, we faced problems such as blacklisting of our IP address, our emails being marked as spam, and delivery issues. What do you like best? They get my email delivered, and if there are issues, they provide AWESOME support! What do you dislike? Chat support seems to have decreased in terms of availability. Recommendations to others considering the product If looking for a provider, DEFINITELY consider SendGrid. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It's more affordable than MailChimp, price-wise when it comes to the number of subscribers and emails per month. A great solution for Marketing Emails!

What do you like best? The set up for me was extremely easy, and as a individual, the pricing is extremely affordable. It allows me to see general statistics for my email and monitor whether a specific recipient actually opened a specific email or clicked on it. Ended up cancelling our Sendgird account and using Mailchimp instead

What do you like best? Not a lot - it failed to meet our purpose, switching some our Mailchimp templates to Sendgrid was a long process, uploading email lists and establishing email deliverability was tough. What do you dislike? Useful for companies who send out large quantities of emails

What do you like best? SendGrid has a nice user interface. It is very straightforward and provides the necessary tools needed to get a campaign out to our customers. What do you dislike? I am not a fan of the design editor. I know there are many issues when it comes to responsiveness with some email vendors but the email never looks the same in the editor, preview mode, or actually viewing the email after it is sent.
