What do you like best? The set up for me was extremely easy, and as a individual, the pricing is extremely affordable. It allows me to see general statistics for my email and monitor whether a specific recipient actually opened a specific email or clicked on it. Ended up cancelling our Sendgird account and using Mailchimp instead

Not a lot - it failed to meet our purpose, switching some our Mailchimp templates to Sendgrid was a long process, uploading email lists and establishing email deliverability was tough. Useful for companies who send out large quantities of emails

What do you like best? SendGrid has a nice user interface. It is very straightforward and provides the necessary tools needed to get a campaign out to our customers. What do you dislike? I am not a fan of the design editor. I know there are many issues when it comes to responsiveness with some email vendors but the email never looks the same in the editor, preview mode, or actually viewing the email after it is sent.
