What do you like best? The email tracking capability that allows us to know exactly who opened and clicked our emails that allows us to follow-up with them. What do you dislike? It is best used for those that are experienced with coding. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending our mass emails to members and potential members with ease.

Easy to use and stellar support

What do you like best? SendGrid's marketing campaigns UI is incredibly intuitive. I've used a few email marketing systems in the past and SendGrid has one of the most intuitive UIs that I've come across. Most of my time in SendGrid is spent managing lists, creating email templates, building and deploying campaigns, and email reporting -- all very easy to accomplish with minimal need to reference support documentation. What do you like best? I like that SendGrid allows me to save a large number of contacts for a relatively low price. It is fairly easy to use overall and their customer support is quick and reliable. What do you dislike? I find that some of their features are not particularly intuitive, like how to transfer contacts into a list or segment. My most favourite service provider

What do you like best? Best part in integrating the solution with our technology, also the whitelabelling and score of emails that we sent is high. What do you dislike? What do you like best? SendGrid Support is generally pretty good, with quick and helpful responses. The API is also good and allowed us a lot of flexibility in using the product. The email templates available are excellent and free of charge. It is also a good, cheap option for smaller organisations with less budget to play with. What do you dislike? Can't go wrong with SendGrid

What do you like best? Ease of use, excellent support & staff, affordable pricing, good documentation What do you dislike? I haven't ran into anything about SendGrid that I dislike at this particular point in tme What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Transactional e-mails and looking at implementing the marketing module soon to replace ConstantContact
