Bad company
Bad company. Once you created an account, there is no way to delete it and it will be there FOREVER. Even if you contact support and ask to delete your account they will not do this... [EDIT] Changed to 3 stars from 1 star, because unlike to Mailjet, at least they don't post fake reviews here.

Generally ok - Lacking Key Feature
Generally ok, much of a muchness with other providers BUT there is no way to chain emails to automatically send. eg, welcome email, then 2 days later a follow up, then another 2 days etc. This is pretty basic functionality with the likes of the monkey branded mail company.The closest you can get is to manually schedule each follow up every time....Pretty shocked by this lack of ability in supposedly a leading provider.

Fantastic for transactional emails - marketing emails are improving
What do you like best? Fast and easy to use for transnational emails. Very rarely any downtime which is important for our business. What do you dislike? I feel like their support could be better. Live chat often takes a LONG time and their marketing product doesn't quite stack up against some of their competitors. Great service with few bugs
What do you like best? SendGrid offers reliable deliverability and is easy to use. When there are issues, which is pretty rare, the support is good. What do you dislike? Sometimes send/receive records are not present in the log, and we once had emails delayed several hours by a bug. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Deliverability on emails from our website and internal mobile application.

What do you like best? SendGrid app is a great tool for any organization for their emailing solution in terms of marketing and transactional emails. What do you like best? I love the ease of configuration when integrating SendGrid with our in-house or 3rd party applications. In addition to that, SendGrid has proper Feedback loops set up, which allows us to scale our operations accordingly. What do you dislike?
