Excellent for form tracking to make sure clients receive emails from their website
What do you like best? For years, we had issues with our client's email servers randomly rejecting email leads from their website. When we created the site, we would test out the forms and the client would receive them, but randomly, after months of working, the client would not recieve an email or two from their website. They USED TO BE absolutely AWESOME for startups and small companies.
A few years back when I started using SendGrid, they were awesome. I'm a one person company, but they didn't care, they provided me all the help I needed. Best customer service in the industry. Helped me get ALL my critical web-based emails delivered. Now, they clearly are only focusing on BIG companies, and I now consider SendGrid as AVERAGE at best. They no longer help you if you go the shared IP route.

Easy to set up and does both transactional and marketing
Easy to set up and does both transactional and marketing emails. There are some things lacking like the ability to schedule drip campaigns, but overall it's dramatically cheaper than marketing automation platforms like Hubspot.
