I set up an account and uploaded my contacts and prepared my email automation which took over an hour. I finally began sending and my account and suspended and closed. They just said they didn't like my content. What?! It wasn't x-rated or anything. They should be upfront with what types of businesses they allow BEFORE people waste their time.

Price increase by 50 % after Twilio acquires Sendgrid.

Recent price increase of 50 % by Sendgrid with no prior notice. On Oct 15th 2018, they announced that Twilio is paying $ 2 Billion for Sendgrid. In less than 2 months after that they increased the price by 50%. We received an email recently last week of Nov 2018 that Essentials will be $ 14.95 which used to be $ 9.95 per month. Really, for a service where you cannot login into your own account because your IP is not white-listed, and it takes days...and I mean days to be able to access my OWN account! My experience with Sendgrid

What do you like best? Being able to change to anything without our domain is very useful in sending out targetted campaigns. But the dedicated IP provided for us helped improve our overall deliverability. This helped us reach out to more of our users. What do you dislike? Incredibly efficient

What do you like best? I love the fact that i can track what clients have received my emails and which haven't great way to help clean out my database. i also like how i can attach this to my current database and everyone can benefit from the services provided by sendgrid without having to access my account.
