Powerful but easy
What do you like best? It's rare that a company has a product that can be learned quick and used immediately, but is also insanely powerful and capable of enterprise-level usage. What do you dislike? Excellent Choice
What do you like best? Easy setup was the primary factor for me. But once connected the deliverability was immediate. No more lost billing emails. This reduced phone support time due to customers not recieving invoicing and subsequent late fee notices. Sendgrid solved a big headache for us. What do you dislike? Great resources, simple-to-use tool, amazing activity feed
What do you like best? My team relies on the activity feed. It is a powerful tool that allows us to monitor our domain health and general audience engagement. What do you dislike? Perfect solution for my small web design/dev business
What do you like best? Ease of setting up API integrations with my client's WordPress sites. I do not have email services setup on my server for security reasons. SendGrid makes it easy to send mail from the sites on my servers and easily track deliver-ability when my clients say they haven't received something (which is 100% of the time user error. Very easy to use and reliable
What do you like best? The user interface that is very easy to use. Even without coding experience you can use it. What do you dislike? It doesnt have many ready made templates that can be used straight away but you need to upload yours. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Very Bad experience with SendGrid
I have started with SendGrid mail APIs. My account was suspended three times, all of which were deemed to be false positives and I was then unsuspended by the compliance team. This is all well and good, other than for the fact that I didn't actually know we'd been suspended until someone came to me saying their emails weren't getting delivered. What do you like best? It gets us a higher completion (inbox rate than other options What do you dislike? not much to be honest, I have been consistently surprised with how well it works. 4/5 emails sent
They are currently sending around 80% of our emails. We contacted support and suggested we have to upgrade our plan or only send 4/5 emails.It's a complete bait and switch, they should be sued by the SEC. This is a public company now.

Good docs. Always improving.
What do you like best? Excellent documentation. Their feature set has expanded recently (dynamic templates available in the API, so I appreciate that the service keeps getting better. What do you dislike? On my dream list, I wish email logs included a view / rendering of the email. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All of our triggered emails for the Join It SaaS platform goes through SendGrid.
