Amazing tool, very good deliverability
We have been using this tool for over 3 years now and are still excited about it. In the beginning the tool can be a bit overwhelming, but once everything is set up you almost never have to look back to it again. All our emails, transactional, are being send with SendGrid and we are amazed by how less we get notified that a email was not received.Very good tool, especially for companies that are growing and want to be sure that with really big amount of emails the emails will still get ...

Most of the times works very well
Most of the times works very well. Have had some problems with deliverability due to shared IPs. Customer service is good quality.

We've been using SendGrid for several years now to facilitate the mass amounts of emails we send to customers. This has allowed a more consistent delivery, no bottlenecking on O365, and ease of use due to the API integration. We use the mid-tier service to capitalize on a separate IP. Overall no complaints, and documentation has come a long way in recent history.

Great services and customer service.The APIs are great, and we're looking to transfer our general marketing campaigns over.I've had to contact customer service probably around 5 times over the years, and it's always been a very positive experience.
