Sendgrid: Easy to get started

Using sendgrid to send emails via nodejs is very simple.Templates are good and easy to extend but there needs to be a finer line with using the WYSIWYG editor and also adding in code templates for handlebars.Also there need to be templates for templates so that we can one consistent theme and make brand updates instantaneously / whether this be done in the platform or via a setting in the library I think this is a big thing not to be skimmed over.

I have been using SendGrid for some time now and it's great!

I have been using SendGrid for some time now. I like the fact that I can go back in the system and it will show me if any of the emails that I sent did not process. That allows me to correct the problem and send the email out.You

We use SendGrid to send out our email notifications for our web app and mobile app and it has been working flawlessly for us! It's easy to use and set up and provides us with everything we need and more.

Very Good Customer Service

Been working with this company for over a year. My only complaint was in the past few months, having a shared IP address with other customers of theirs, my emails started email blocked/spammed because one of their other clients was sending out spam. Had to upgrade (pay for private IP address. BUT I will say their customer service team has always been helpful and great at "hand holding". Something other email companies don't do. SendGrid's service is very good.

SendGrid does the job but could definitely use improvements

We've made the switch over from MailChimp to SendGrid these past few months, as SendGrid has tracking and we can now work with deep linking. Which our team has greatly appreciated these benefits, and they've for sure opened up the doors to greater marketing. But I can certainly say there's been friction and will be much more to come. For one, the way you have to organize lists, contacts, and segments before you create an email is a pain. I miss being able to segment lists for each ...

SendGrid API Is a Winner

What do you like best? We use the SendGrid API for integration into at least 20 Wordpress websites. As well as custom deployments. The ease-of-use and documentation are matched by none.
