The worst customer service I've ever…

The worst customer service I've ever experienced (mainly lack of responsiveness, but also generic answers when they finally got back to us. (over a week of waiting). None of their automated functions work (forgotten password or download contacts, etc). I really don't have the words for how bad this company is now. Must be something to do with them joining Twilio. Thankful our credit card blocked their last transaction of over £1,000 (we're only on the basic plan and never go over our email ...

No support and SPAMCOP blacklisted IP address

As a new customer I was shocked to find that after going through all the setup on their site that their public IP address is blacklisted at SPAMCOP resulting in all sent email being rejected. Upon visiting Sendgrid's website, which has a banner across indicating that their live chat facility is offline, I left a message which until now, 6 days later, is unanswered. Good to send automated mails

What do you like best? It is good design your templates by gui and sending it by clients with customizable parameters. Also tracking the mail state is very good analyze business impact of the mail. It allows you tou track what you have done good or bad. Dashboards also have a good ui. What do you dislike? Documentation about templates was a bit insuffcient but I think they improved there. Horrible company to work with

Horrible company to work with. Completely unresponsive. We've tried numerous times to export our list and not only won't export and send, but days later, we're still getting no response from their customer support after many unsuccessful attempts to reach them.

Good product

Good product, easy to use, but horrible support. Sendgrid is awesome and easy to use, use the api with your sendgrid key and done. But their support is terrible: Accounts get suspended for no reason and without explanation.
