Reliable Continuous Integration with Great Support
What do you like best? Semaphore has supported my project for years and provided excellent customer service along with an amazing free plan for my open source project. Every time I've contact them, they've made sure to follow up with me no matter how long it may take to resolve my issue and I've never had to remind them about my issues despite being on an open source plan. What do you dislike? It is hard to find anything to dislike about Semaphore, but sometimes I do find the ...

Great product with a great team behind it
What do you like best? Semaphore CI is very easy to setup and yet a very complete CI toolkit. The offer is well designed and priced, with a honest free plan. What do you dislike? Nothing! When Semaphore CI 2 came out and I was missing the (very non-critical) fearure of build badges, I emailed the support. They didn't forget and got back to me more 8 months later when the badges finally got implemented. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Humans behind a reliable, fast and flexible CI service
What do you like best? Flexibility while maintaining a relative simplicity, very good speed, very competitive pricing by the second, reliability (no random build errors), awesome support (fast replies, precise answers) and a large support of various technologies. Now there's a very explicit graphical editor too ! Also, Semaphore CI is not a Silicon Valley startup fed by cash from investors. That's a European team ! And that means a lot to us. What do you dislike? Semaphore 2.0 was ...

Great Experience
What do you like best? Very consistent. Very easy to setup. I like the feeling that things just work. What do you dislike? I wish there was an easier way to clear cache other than shelling in to an instance and running the CLI command. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since switching to Semaphore from another service, we have realized how little time we spend thinking about Semaphore because it's reliable.

Semaphore 2 is the Best CI I've Seen
What do you like best? Storing the CI configuration in the application git repository is easily the best feature - it makes sure that when your deployment needs change with your code, they all stay in sync. I also love the by-the-second metering/billing - this has allowed us to run much higher parallelism than we did with our previous provider, thus keeping our CI time short, and all of our deploys and tests unblocked, even when everyone pushes at once. No more bottlenecks! What do ...

What benefits have you realized? I learned a lot about video files using this tool

Super easy to setup and modify
What do you like best? Documentation on the semaphore.yml file to codify the configuration is very good. It was very trivial to set up our tests to run in parallel and not have to repeat a lot of setup tasks. Integrating with our Github to build on branches and pull requests was simple and just worked. What do you dislike? Nothing so far, it gets the job done and is easy to maintain as we add more tasks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

The fastest CI/CD tool
What do you like best? My company use Semaphore for CI/CD. I manage a project to run automation testing in CI/CD flow and integration with GitHub. I used Jerkins, gitlabCI before but Semaphore CI is the fastest, easy to set up and run. What do you dislike? I do not use all functions of Semaphore. It's ok for now. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Run my smoke tests to verify code that merges on staging. I can manage the quality of ...

Fast and simple ci/cd solution.
What do you like best? The fact that it very simple to set up is what I like most. The docs are also clear and cover most of the use cases you might need and the option to change your machine for different jobs is very nice too. What do you dislike? It does not have an option to disable building for certain branches. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time to production has improved and safe of mind with all the tests for each commit.
