Selz Reviews in June 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Not scalable

I've been using Selz since October and apart from its awesome customer service it's not a scalable platform compared to Shopify. Our corporate identity is compromised as they have been delaying a solution to our logo resizing issue for the past 32 days. Each day we ask for a solution there is no action from them. Their replies are always "No ETA from developers". I mean come on, its been more than a month, you can't solve the sizing issue and in the meantime we launch the website with a ...

Don't look elsewhere, use Selz

Very good online platform to sell your items. I was looking for an easy way to sell online tutorials and Selz was the most easy, best looking website for that purpose. Also their options are endless and customer support is really good. Usually I would get a reply within 10 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone who owns a shop from little to huge.

Great service. Very affordable and user friendly. Professional templates and customizable. The customer service is convenient through Chat and always very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone that's new or experienced selling products or digital items online.

Selz has been an amazing experience. Helpful, friendly and available to answer questions at any odd hour. Just simply amazing. For someone who knows next to nothing about computer 'html speak' I have managed, with the help of Selz, to publish a great looking easy to use website. Almost-unbelievable Quality of Service

Selz customer service has been EXCELLENT. Fast, friendly, warm and very capable of solving problems. Dealing with robo-chats and not-my-job customer service everywhere on the internet has turned me a little skeptical - with Selz I almost didn't believe it was really happening until my issues were solved. Charmaine is a great customer service help. She solved my questions almost instantly and even did a demo video for me. I wish i had discovered this company earlier than have to waste money and time on other platforms which offered little help for beginners and those who are not as savvy to do site building.
