The platform has a lot of good intelligence tools for managing your amazon business. It is a little rough around the edges and the two features most important to us were missing. Frequently Annoying

A tip for Sellics, don't go to Trust Pilot and rate your own product with 5 stars. That is the furthest thing from building trust ever.As for the product, I've been using it for a long time, over a year and I've used it with multiple accounts. The most annoying thing:- It has frequent bugs and the support is too slow. If your product is going to be buggy then you should have super fast support, i.e. real time chat - and they don't. Lots of features, but needs the fine details that sellers want...

I'll be open about this - I'm an AMZ seller and used to do content for these guys. Great bunch of people, loved working with Stefan, Franz, Jossie and others.Now here's my 'unbiased' review: I love all the freebies that they offer. Their AMZ KW tool is great (and free!) plus there are so many features all wrapped up into one, like product search and profit calculation and PPC management. Sellics in pretty much the only tool that combines the features of all other tools. Profit, PPC, Review Management, Rankings. I've been experiencing some performance issues lately, but other that that A+
