What do you like best? Rapid development and implementation of Segment is probably the main feature. The UI is easy to interact with to see all of your sources and destinations, even for very large installs. Being able to quickly validate that data is sending with sample payloads is an excellent feature. Customer service is king and this company has it down cold.
