Ridiculously Bad Seesaw
I would score this zero if that was an option. Shockingly bad platform to ‘learn’ from. How has this been accepted by schools.

I am a grandparent of a 7 year old
I am a grandparent of a 7 year old. In 65 years I have never come across such unusable rubbish. I feel stressed having to try and use it myself let alone showing a 7 year old. Going for a lie down now to recover.

Like swimming in mud.............
I am at a loss to understand how this has been selected as the go-to platform for remote learning. It is about 5 years behind the times and offers no intuitive use or easy means of communicating, uploading, printing. In short, this is a terrible app and the makers should genuinely have a long hard look at themselves if they feel that this in any way represents a success or they feel they have achieved something. They really have not i suspect half the kids being forced to use this could do ...

I wouldn't even give it 1
I wouldn't even give it 1. Its so time consuming and frustrating to use. Children are getting anxieties just trying to figure how to use it. Who made this app. IXL Is also a app but far better to use. The people who made this need to use it themselves so they can understand how badly it needs to be adjusted.

"The most useful teaching tool you'll ever find!"
What do you like best about Seesaw? As a teacher, you need a platform to teach students, to assess students, and to communicate with parents. Seesaw is that tool. Yes, there are a plethora of tools for older students, but when it comes to the littles, tools are limited. That's ok, you don't need anything other than Seesaw! Easy enough for kindergarteners to use independently, and deep enough for high schoolers, Seesaw is the tool you need! What do you dislike about Seesaw? There is little ...

"Fantastic tool for collaboration for all ages"
What do you like best about Seesaw? I love how easy and simple it is to set up a Seesaw site, share access to learners and collaborators, and manage how all users engage and access the site. It's not a full functioned tool like some solutions that we use, but it gets the job done. What do you dislike about Seesaw? My only issue with Seesaw has been how it handles some links posted on the sites. Some video links don't play or freeze. Also, it's not as easy with Seesaw to save your progress ...

Extremely hard to use.
Such a great opportunity for a company, and there is a clearly a need for software like this. But the usability is AWFUL. I never know when a message I post is public or private. This is SO IMPORTANT! I can't log in to it as a parent - I used to be able to but can't figure out how to do it any more and neither does the school. I've stopped asking them because they clearly don't understand the system either, and I don't think it's their fault. Everything is so confusing. And I only have ...

"Digital Portfolio Turned Distance Learning Platform"
What do you like best about Seesaw? Seesaw is incredibly user friendly for even our youngest students. We have our preschoolers using the platform with relative ease. I'm amazed that they've created a tool that students who are not yet reading can navigate effectively to document their learning. What do you dislike about Seesaw? I wish we could use just Seesaw and move away from other LMS, but Seesaw lacks a good option for word processing. Students can attach notes, or you can link a ...

"Great tool for communicating and sharing student work with families"
What do you like best about Seesaw? As a parent, I love being able to see my child's work, and to leave comments for them to read. Lots of great options to share different formats - pictures, annotations, videos with audio, etc. Teachers are able to approve content before it officially posts. I also love being able to see weekly teacher newsletters in one place, rather than having to search my email! What do you dislike about Seesaw? The only difficult thing is that when teachers add ...
