What do you like best about Searchspring? I was having trouble getting the product launched, but their team bent over backward to try and make it work. From the CEO to the VPs and the rest of the team, they have shown a tremendous level of empathy and flexibility to work with our team.

What do you like best about Searchspring? I understand and support a "ticket support" system, but really enjoy having a "contact" I can email/call when I need to hash something out. Even if just to get input on something before submitting a ticket. So that is great. Plus, tickets get resolved quickly, or at least updated if will take time to fix an issue. Make sure you schedule time to go over the product and on-board with them, it will really help. There are a lot of great features that will only come to life after you set them up correctly, and sometimes you need a little help, and they are there to help you quickly. What do you like best about Searchspring? Searchspring has truly improved the search functionality on our website. They offer a vast array of features to help us merchandise our products based on very specific criteria. We were even able to set up mini-stores for our customers, where they can just search for a keyword (such as a company name) and see a specific set of products. This saves our customers a lot of time and provides a more personalized experience on our store.

Unlike most other program, Search Spring has the dual ability to run off rule based algorithms and to pin or promote specific styles- at the same time.
