Exceptional Customer Service
What do you like best? The tool is excellent - although UX could be improved. Customer service is exceptional! What do you dislike? UX/UI, certain things need some figuring out. However, customer service responds really quick and solves all queries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keyword tracking and backlink monitoring.

Excellent tool for small business SEO agencies
What do you like best? The price is very reasonable. I found other companies to be too expensive and when you are doing SEO for small business you cant charge the same as if it was a bigger company. Hence the expensive tools are not feasible for my business. What do you dislike? I haven't run into any negatives as yet. And they have just improved their tools as well. Reliable & Easy to Use
What do you like best? Simplicity in interface, reliability, flexibility in reports and extras What do you dislike? Nothing springs to mind. I do have a couple of reports that get emailed each month that I cannot seem to get rid of but that is probably user error. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to quickly and easily report rankings in various formats to clients & keep an eye on activity

Great tool with fast results and amazing value for money
What do you like best? The Competitor Spy tool is amazing. Its a great value tool considering I've tried SEM Rush, MOZ etc.. and i feel that the pricing and features is great value for money. What do you dislike? Wish i could refresh keyword ranking results every day with the basic plan. Right now i can only refresh every 3 days. Удобный и понятный сервис
What do you like best? Нравится удобство и простота пользования сервисом, при том, что функционал довольно широкий. Вполне дружественный интерфейс, гибкость в настройках отчетов, возможность ставить свои задачи и следить за их выполнением. Нашим клиентам тоже нравится.
