What do you like best? I want to point out their intuitive interface. Even without any onboarding, just by digging through the Knowledge Base I was able to figure out what I needed to do. They definitely have some talented designers carefully planning each section of the software. When I needed some help, I was able to get it from their Support service. The renewal is set to automatic and is very difficult to cancel. It can’t be cancelled within the software - you have to log in to the check out service & even then is far from obvious. The instructions that they send have no link through - you have to google how to cancel. The email that is sent says to use a password that has been generated to cancel but there isn’t one - you have to reset it.

no refunds and limited functionality.

one of the very few companies who don't offer 100% refund for subscriptions. I subscribed and upon review of the api, it did not meet our requirements. I asked for a refund and they said no we don't offer refunds, but in this instance we can offer you a refund less a 9% fee!!!their api is limited. their mobile app is rubbish. I recommend you go with semrush.

What do you like best? The software is top-notch, but I also want to point out the high-quality support team. These guys are ready to jump in to help at any time of day or night. It’s almost as if they don’t even sleep. Wish that every company provided such quality support that actually helped out. What do you dislike? Awesome tracking software. Reliable. Easy to organize and manage multiple clients. Very few issues but when we do have them, support is great and actually addresses them. Also has a Google Data Studio connector.

The whole package is nice

What do you like best? The Rankings are exactly like the Real Rankings. In the other SEO Software, the Rankings are +- 5-10 inaccurate. What do you dislike? I thought it is possible to more customize the Reporting to the costumers. For example the Conversions. I t would be better the Conversions are in a table and not a diagram. What do you like best? SE Ranking offers a concise overview of site performance with the ability to drill down into greater detail to assist users to enhance their site performance. What do you dislike? The web site audit can deliver misleading information sometimes claiming a page has no inbound links when they are clearly there on the menu and that outbound links such as those to youtube are returning 404's when in reality all is well.
