Not for SEO businesses, great for using on your own business.

It's really nice at first but then... there's costly options they don't mention in their brochures. If they were up front about this in the brochure I'd give it 5 stars but - the cost is confusing and unknown and seemingly infinite, which is unethical to me. For example, you can only search for keywords every 3 days. This is not in their brochure at all. So if you're like me and do SEO for other businesses, this totally ruins its purpose. What do you like best? I like the interface, support, and the user experience. It also has a highly customizable pricing plan, which is awesome.
