Highly Recommend!

I love the app. Before I had to pay for most of the books I downloaded. I love being able to read whenever and whatever I want for one low monthly charge. The only thing I would like to have is a widget for my phone so I can access my book quickly without having to go through the Scribd app.

They say that you get unlimited reading…

They say that you get unlimited reading in your subscription, but that is not true. You can only read a few of their A list books and then they are locked until the next month. The B list books are available throughout however. Overall it`s a good deal for the price, but they should be upfront about the limit of books that are available to you.

I love using scribd

I love using scribd, I travel for work, so it’s so nice to have the option of listening to an audio version of my book of choice, or reading it.

Scribd is definitely a 5/5 for me. I mean you get books,audiobooks, podcasts and a whole lot more.You get access to hundreds of documentaries on curiosity stream. So for me it’s one of the best services you.

Continued billing after free trial ended!

Signed up for a free trial and they continued billing me for months, without making it clear that I was being charged. I eventually gave up trying to get a refund out of them. I'll definitely avoid them and their dodgy practices in future.

Scribd has a wide range of materials available in many languages. From audiobooks to books and documents, it is very useful both for work and free time.

Netflix for books and audio books

Netflix for books and audio books - that's it, that's the review. They have a solid catalogue and many great choices. I went 4 stars though as I've run into a few titles they don't carry, or they only carry in a single format (book or audio book only, for example).

I think their book selection is FAR better than other book subscriptions for less money. I have been extremely satisfied and would highly recommend for any book lover!!

This is an utterly corrupt company

This is an utterly corrupt company. They ghost charged me multiple times beyond the agreed monthly rate and outside of the subscription cycle. They employed this tactic for several months. And then they surreptitiously raised the monthly price as well. I am not one for hyperbole; truly this is nothing short of theft. 5th doc will never be uploaded, says it already exists. tried name itsascam420 and it exists. Searched for itsascam420 and I get 0 results. They need your money. No free dinners.
