Lets give a chance

The stuff was polite and effective, when answering for my claim. The problem was resolved and refund was made. I think that Scribd deserve a chance and one day deliver a fine quality.

Scribd is a great audiobook experience for the price.

I love the price, I've never had an issue with the service. My only complaint is I wish they had more options especially when an author has new audio books in their series.

Inactive website. Inability to cancel my subscription

It has been at least 6 months since I have been able to access this website. I ask Scribd to officially cancel my subscription and I ask for a refund for the months I have not been able to access my account. It is not correct to not allow customers the possibility to cancel their subscription when the servi ce is no longer functioning.

Shameless bevahiour from Scribdt's more than two months that Scribd…

It's more than two months that Scribd cannot be accessed from Italy. Tha answes given from the company are generic and completely useless. Scribd is another paradigmatic example of the way bUS is dealing with their supposed allies: many words but no facts

deceptive subscription cancellation page

Very deceptive web page for subscription cancellation. You must scroll to the bottom and click several times to actually cancel your subscription. The information displayed at the top of the page suggests that your subscription is cancelled but you will find that it is not.
