What do you like best about Scratchpad? The best part about scratchpad is the opportunity to make quick efficient changes in SFDC without using the processing power and time that SFDC requires. SFDC is slow, SCRATCHPAD IS FAST!!

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Everything! I love the role configurations, battlecards and easy reporting. Our sales team is entirely new departments, so the ability to share workflows to the entire organization helped the tredemdously. Also, I think this is the best customer service/account management I have ever experienced.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love the next step field and the ability to update opportunities from anywhere on my computer. I like how it automatically saves your work as well.

"A great tool to manage my sales pipeline"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love how Scratchpad pulls all of the relevant fields from Salesforce opportunities into a single screen, allowing me to quickly edit everything without jumping between different opportunities. This allows me to quickly update "next steps", opportunity metrics, and close dates in preparation for a pipeline review.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad helps me organize my daily tasks and helps me communicate with both my clients and internal colleagues in an efficient manner. I am able to capture and tie my notes back to the corresponding accounts making sure nothing is lost and the experience for the client is fantastic.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love that most of the updating I need to do in Salesforce, I can do in Scratchpad and it takes only a portion of the time. This app saves me HOURS every weeks and my manager uses me as an example fo rmy pipe.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad helps me stay on task, while bringing me relevant information without compromising data entry. It's a must for anybody working with a CRM and a key part of my day.

"Made From Scratch"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? My favorite thing about Scratchpad is its speed. I can navigate to and update key fields much faster. I can also pull up critical account information without having to navigate through Salesforce. Scratchpad also allows me to have a single repository for all my customer notes. This allows me to stay organized while working with a high volume of customers and managing a large pipeline.
