"Scratchpad rocks"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love that I'm able to handle all of my tasks and notes in a simple workflow. Salesforce is always very slow for me so my ability to work through daily tasks is much quicker with Scratchpad.

"Keeping my data always updated in no time"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I can directly update all the fields relevant to my role from my custom view. I can easily keep the notes during a call using the Notes area and sync them straight after I finish the call.

"Scratchpad is a must-have for Salesforce users"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? The best thing about Scratchpad is how quickly everything loads. I often have too many tabs open to count, and finding info in Salesforce can be tedious. I also love the command/search feature (cmd + J) and how easy it is to pull up an account/opportunity from anywhere.

"Essential in my day to day"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad allows me to access SFDC accounts and opps while taking notes all from the platform. It is intuitive and easy to use and navigate. I am in Scratchpad all day, updating SFDC, taking notes, and viewing my pipeline. I love this tool!

"Scratchpad is a game changer"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love that I can update dozens of accounts quickly with Scratchpad. It take so much less time than before when working just in Salesforce. Honestly I don't know why Salesforce doesn't buy Scratchpad to bring their product into the "now" times of sales and sales reporting. I'm mainly using for my next steps, and working on using for SDR collaboration and MEDDPICC.

"Updates Salesforce pipeline quickly"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? The best thing about Scratchpad is that all my Salesforce opportunities are on one screen; I can update any field without having to toggle back and forth between both applications. This saves me a lot of time as I'm able to update in an efficient manner. Another plus is that my colleague created views and shared them with me so I don't have to recreate them.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? As a new sales rep, Scratchpad is honestly a must-have. It keeps me organized and I can add the relevant fields from SFDC that I want to keep track of. It also helps me keep track of all my manual updates and notes for my managers each week.

"Intuitive and helpful tool to streamline the sales process"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? It's super user-friendly and intuitive - I learned it in about 2 minutes. It makes it super easy to update your forecast for Salesforce and I found it helpful to have it around my screen when updating, especially if I was only using my laptop. The customer service is impeccable - they are so willing to meet with you and help you iterate on how you're utilizing it. They really have your best interest at heart.
