"Saves me at least 10 minutes a day!"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? This is an outstanding plug - in. Salesforce is really slow when you're switching screens and being cloud based, means it can take forever to make updates. Once I installed ScratchPad, I went from 5 clicks and about 30 seconds worth of delay down to just one click and ZERO delay. I'm telling you, this has been game changing. What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love Scratchpad. It is so much faster than getting bogged down in salesforce. I previously would find myself getting bogged down in unnecessary tasks and operating at 50%. I found productivity skyrocketed, allowing me to spend more time in front of customers, ultimately making my company more money and providing a better customer experience.

"Scratchpad is a major time saver!"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad is super user-friendly. After watching the intro video on their site and downloading it, I immediately started using the tool. Connecting to SFDC, Slack and Google allows me to quickly update SFDC accounts and opportunities and search for information I need from accounts. Scratchpad Command makes it easy to do these tasks from any open tab, not just the Scratchpad site. I can view all my accounts and opportunities on one screen and ...

"Fantastic tool for team collaboration"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love scratchpad! It is very easy to use and filter for reports that are useful to you. I use this to collaborate with other customer-facing teams and discuss our joint accounts. We are able to efficiently share notes and discuss a plan of action. I use this tool everyday

What do you like best about Scratchpad? It houses everything, notes, tasks, pipeline, you can easily move prospects through each stage, which makes your SF Hygiene so much easier, it's literally been everything I've been looking for in a tool.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? I absolutely love using Scratchpad in my daily workflow! It has helped to save me a ton of time that I would typically waste in Salesforce. I highly recommend Scratchpad to Sales and CS Teams who want to save time logging notes, updating accounts, and tracking key KPIs. Scratchpad provides transparency on where customers/accounts are in their customer journey, made account handoffs a lot easier between CSMs, and most importantly saved me time!
