I love how you can: update notes on leads/contacts/opportunities right from your calendar or email; do your research and update and create notes in the notes section; you can also share all the information with team by adding them; there is also commenting abilities!

What do you like best about Scratchpad? I really like how clean the UI is. I have multiple Kanban and Grid boards open that helps me quickly get a feel for how many deals I have in certain stages, the deal age (how many are progressing in tune with average deal cycles), my current pipeline volume and what the next steps for the deals are.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad helps me stay on top of my pipeline and talk through my pipeline during review sessions or 1:1 with my Manager. It's extremely delightful to use which makes it a breeze to stay on top and helps with my hygiene around updates. What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love the seamless integration between SF and Scratchpad that allows me to update opps and next steps in seconds. Adding custom fields is also a nice touch to help keep you organized for what's important to you. Every single rep should be using this tool if they don't have one already since Scratchpad offers a freemium model :)
