"Great Single interface to make changes in SFDC"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I like having a single interface that allows me to make changes to many fields and accounts within SFDC. Matching up with my existing SFDC reports is great. Onboarding/training was outstanding as well.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? So easy to use templates for note taking on customer calls and then uploading them to sfdc in just a couple clicks. Can also manage opps and account plans easily because of the salesforce integration.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? I never want to go back to the old way! Salesforce updating used to be the most significant pain point of my work, and now I'm always up to date with everything I need for my accounts and opportunities. No more navigating through clunky pages to find the right field among many; now, all I have to do is command J to get to anything I need to update instantly. They have good support to help when you get stuck on something.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad makes working with Salesforce SO MUCH EASIER. The experience is similar to updating a spreadsheet, versus opening up dozens of new tabs and windows to update every opportunity, every account, every contact, every task.. there are "housekeeping" items that I knew were important before that I just wouldn't do because they were so cumbersome and time consuming.. now I can do those in literally seconds. What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad makes my life so much easier. Whether it's updating notes, changing statuses of opportunities, or viewing different views/reports, scratchpad saves me time and energy. What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad's mission of making salespeople happy and helping revenue teams produce more isn't just shouted from the rooftops (or billboards), it is gained momentum and love from each user who has come across the platform in a search to make utilizing Salesforce easier. Like so many of you, I have been one of those ground-up advocates, and the results really do speak for themselves!
