What do you like best about Scratchpad? Note taking is very easy, and it allows me to sync directly with Salesforce to keep on top of my accounts. They also have fantastic enablement!

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad makes it easy to log my client interactions in Salesforce. The most helpful feature is the ability to pull up the hot key menu from any browser window. This allows me to log notes in the natural course of my workflow without having to context switch.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? So easy to use templates for note taking on customer calls and then uploading them to sfdc in just a couple clicks. Can also manage opps and account plans easily because of the salesforce integration.

Salesforce updating used to be the most significant pain point of my work, and now I'm always up to date with everything I need for my accounts and opportunities. No more navigating through clunky pages to find the right field among many; now, all I have to do is command J to get to anything I need to update instantly. They have good support to help when you get stuck on something.

Whether it's updating notes, changing statuses of opportunities, or viewing different views/reports, scratchpad saves me time and energy.
