"Takes the hassle out of data entry!"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love how easy it makes entering sales data into Salesforce. Before Scratchpad I felt we were spending so much time navigating, entering, and reentering info into Salesforce. Very user-friendly and the design makes it feel less like a CRM!

"Makes updating SFDC almost enjoyable"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? It's easy to use, flexible, and updates SFDC in real time. I don't have to pop open individual accounts, opportunities, or contacts to update them.

"ScratchPad is a must if you are in Sales and use Salesforce"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? The platform is extremely easy to use, user-friendly, and can save you TONS of time. The ability to easily create lists, keep track of deals and update SFDC at a moment's notice is a complete lifesaver for day-to-day sales operations. The team is also spot on; I have had multiple sessions with the team whenever I have questions, and they always go above and beyond.

"Simplifying the SalesForce user experience"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Easy and fast access. I use Scratchpad to search for opportunities, make updates and add notes. It saves me a lot of time! I can always click a button to access opportunity in SFDC, if need be.

"Great Customer Service"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I loved being able to book time 1:1 to design my scratchpad layout. I have only used Salesforce for 4 months and was overwhelmed. The scratchpad consultant, Luis helped me tremendously. Seeing the last touch point has been a game changer when prospecting.

"Makes updating Salesforce a breeze"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I used to be notorious for not updating my opps in SF. Since starting my new job we use Scratchpad and it's amazing. Can tab through each cell to update opps. I actually don't mind updating my notes now. I also have created a number of lead gen workflows which have kept me accountable on a daily basis. Unsure how I did my job prior to SP.
