"Great Single interface to make changes in SFDC"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I like having a single interface that allows me to make changes to many fields and accounts within SFDC. Matching up with my existing SFDC reports is great. Onboarding/training was outstanding as well.

"Amazing functionality that helps bridge the shortcomings of Salesforce"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love using the notes section to keep me organized. This syncs with SFDC, so it's great that way. I also use my pipeline view often to do mass updates from one screen vs. having to bounce around to different opportunities.

"No more random post-it notes!"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I really appreciate that it eliminates the need for me to go into Salesforce - in previous roles, I would have multiple tabs open to update next steps in all of my opportunities, etc. With Scatchpad, I can easily do this in seconds in a user-friendly interface. I also really appreciate their workflow specialists, who have enabled me to get the most out of the tool through 1:1 sessions (shoutout to Beth and Alaina!). They set-up customized grid views ...

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Everything! Building views for existing accounts and opportunities that align with what I need to see. Ability to update systems in one place without having to jump from section to section in SF.

"Game Changer!"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad has been an absolute game changer for me as an Account Manager. Using Salesforce has been so time-consuming and clunky when trying to keep accounts and opportunities updated and ultimately left things falling through the cracks. This platform allows you to make quick updates without opening up extra tabs or doing an additional 10 mouse clicks. Highly recommend it to anyone who is currently using SF in their day-to-day.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad has made it easier for our sales, account management team and strategy team to all be on the same page. There is less distractions and is much more user friendly for our team to work simultaneously from.
