"Scratchpad makes managing sales reps much easier"

What do you like best about Scratchpad? I like how the software enables me to have simple reports that are quick to load, rather than having to wait like I do in Salesforce. I also like how easy it is to share a view that I create that I want my team to utilize. It helps us to stay on the same page when we do Funnel Reviews. I also love the support I'm getting from the team as they make it really easy to get the help I need fast.

"Great, easy to use platform, highly recommended."

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad takes so much of the admin out of using SF as a stand alone platform, and the ease at which it gives both a snapshot of a pipeline, but also the means of amending records is easy and saves time. Additionally, the notes function (being able to customize templates), which links with Salesforce, is a great feature.

"Save time, reduce clicks, customize dashboards, increase load time, and cut the fluff!"

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad takes the guesswork out of a workflow. Being able to log in and see exactly what you need to do for the day in 1 click instead of 10+ is a game changer for efficiency and motivation. Before Scratchpad, my colleague was tracking their billing using pencil and paper because there was no other way to get a holistic view of their To Do List. Scratchpad saves time and trees!

"Would be hard to ever go back to "old school" salesforce after using Scratchpad"

What do you like best about Scratchpad? We brought in Scratchpad to our SE team about 4-6 months ago. Before Scratchpad, updating our SFDC records wasn't a common or timely practice for our team - many of us are doing multiple calls per day, and updating all those records directly through Salesforce was burdensome. Scratchpad makes updating records a breeze, and the organization of Scratchpad turns SFDC records from a chore into an actually useful tool to plan your week, follow up with ...

"Scratchpad is hands down the best sales tool out there"

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad is a MASSIVE upgrade from the clunky workflows in SFDC. I started using Scratchpad in a sales ops role, and now I'm using it as an account executive; it just keeps getting better. My sales activities can be done in 1/10th of the time, and I can easily collaborate in real time on any opportunity/account. We've implemented it across teams, so that CS and Sales are continuously operating on the same data and views. It's flexible enough that ...

"Aesthetically pleasing and incredibly helpful"

What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love Scratchpad! It's been a game-changer when it comes to updating my Salesforce pipeline. One of the things I love about it is how easy it makes the whole process. It streamlines everything and which saves me a ton of time. Plus the app itself looks great and is very user-friendly. What really sets Scratchpad apart is how efficient it is. If you're constantly dealing with a lot of data, this app is definitely for you. It makes updating your ...

"First thing I open in the morning, and the photos they select always put a smile on my face!"

What do you like best about Scratchpad? My favorite feature is being able to have a more user-friendly, simple way to see my territory. As an SDR I'm often keeping track of my accounts, with scratchpads I add notes and easily share with my AE, they automatically get sent to Salesforce.

"Lightweight, configurable and highly addictive!"

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad unlocks a ton of efficiencies, especially if you're still using Salesforce Classic. I recently migrated from google to Microsoft, and SP's notes functionality has become my home for all opp notes, 1:1s, and to-do lists.
