What do you like best about Scratchpad? It integrates directly with Salesforce and allows me to access information that is typically scattered across salesforce, directly from one place. What do you like best about Scratchpad? Being able to update records from SalesForce in a spreadsheet format in Scratchpad that way you don't have to open up individual accounts saves so much time!

"Changed Salesforce license just so we could use Scratchpad"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? It saves me hours a week on sales admin. Even though I'm the only salesperson at my company, I've converted everyone at my company to Scratchpad. It's easy to create different views and share them or for the team to make changes to opportunities or accounts. I know Scratchpad wasn't made specifically for small teams like mine, but I actually think it's more useful for me since my team doesn't know Salesforce flows.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? The layout and the ability to customize it to what works best for you! I love that I was able to become more organized and eliminate steps that would take away from my focus!

"Scratchpad saving you time , simple and efficient to use"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad has the ability to prevent me from missing required fields in Salesforce, it is easy to use, and you can configure the data you need when you need it for example see the deals committed to quarter end, highlights are a good indicator as to when you want specific data

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad allows me to efficiently get in and out of salesforce. Salesforce had to be the record of truth, but it can be uninspiring to work with when you are in productivity mode and are constantly delayed by page loading.

"The best tool for managing pipeline - a must have for all reps!"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I've been a scratchpad user for 2 years and am a huge fan. Updating pipeline/opp notes in Salesforce was always a clunky, time-consuming process, and Scratchpad helps streamline everything. Being able to organize all opportunities and make updates/notes in one view is a game changer.

"Incrediblly fast and easy to use!"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad is so fast and so great, it now takes less than half the time to log activities, and a tenth of the time to create contacts, convert leads, etc. This also helps our data quality and sharing the correct info between the team. The notes feature is also amazing as it helps current account teams and future account teams maintain insights about the account. Love it!
