Intuitive Portfolio and Project Management

What do you like best? The ability for Sciforma to align organisational strategy in planning, How intuitive the work spaces are when being used by someone who is not familiar with the system, I also like the Portfolio module with its enhanced multi project synchronisation for portfolio capacity planning. What do you dislike? The short coming of The entire system not being an accounting system as well and the limitation to configurations when a user may not prefer an out of the box ...

A Sandbox to Analyze the impact (resources and budget) of the various portfolio simulations scenarios. Ability to monitor and follow up on the progress of the Agile part of a project, from the Waterfall Project Manager's perspective. What do you dislike? Sciforma: All in one

What do you like best? it allows multiple projects managers working projects all under the same roof, to know what milestones are achieved, in domino effect projects, and as well the up coming interventions for regrouped shutdowns. What do you dislike? tabs are not so obvious to jump from one to another and remember what are the sub-tabs . Cluttered information under some tabs. New User

What do you like best? Very little. I have been able to make very minor configurations and we limp along. What do you dislike? The Java tool is very hard to configure. It is not intuitive. There are no user manuals. The search system for the Knowledge Base is frustrating and a waste of time. v7.0 is a vast improvement from v5.0 but compared to other tools in the market (HP, MS Server, Clarity) its not even in the same league. Top 10 dislikes: Scheduler, restricted to assigning ...

Happy user of Sciforma for many years, this product has grown with us

What do you like best? You have the ability to customise virtually all aspects of Sciforma to suite the way you operate. There are also standard add ons which provide extra functionality. This mix of standard and cusomisation was important to the way we wanted to start our journey with Sciforma. What do you dislike? When we started out there were not many add ons but they have come a long way since then. This has left us with a bit of a dilemma as we would like to use the add ons ...
