I rised a request on Saturday afternoon…
I rised a request on Saturday afternoon , expecting a reply not before the following Monday.. but , surprise ! , I received an answer almost immediatly (less the 2 hours after my mail) - and the answer was punctual and correct . Thanks

4 stars because there is always something to improve ;)
had to contact the client service because of a thing I thought was an issue, got a prompt, very complete and very exhaustive respond within almost 2 hours which is awesome. The explanation was immediately transparent and clear without need of any further questions. In general I can say I’m using the app a while now and had a very good experience so far.

I had the app for about a year and a never used it or put money on it as I thought it would have been not a useful or smart method of payments.. but I realized that in case of absence of withdrawal or in remote places or in case of vendor without POS system..Satispay is the solution and answer to all the above problems and situations. Also very safe and quick and easy to use.

Customer support is very fast and clear. I had doubts about the functioning and some aspects of the app and the assistants responded to all my problems quickly and with great care.

Zero transparency. Account closed permanently without any sort of clear explanation.
My account went unused for a while; thus, I decided to update my infos for to start using Satispay services once again - but I was unable to modify my IBAN number. The customer care was questioned for the reason whose determined such issue... and then, they just shut down the profile permanently. Tried opening a new one was unsuccessful either, because it was cut off once again the day after. No clear explanation; even urged, that so-called "support" replied with a standard phrase-book - ...
