Good POS software overall
We have tried different softwares in Dubai, but found Sapaad to be the most staff-friendly and cost-effective overall.Their 24/7 support typically solves 99% of the requests.

Sapaad has generally been very useful and helpful in their approach to their customers, often going out of their way to assist out of hours for critical issues. I would like to see the POS be developed further for enhanced user experience especially at the back end.
