What do you like best? We did a lot of research on the various LMS offerings. We chose SAP Litmos for its' ease of use and ability to build with us as we grow. What do you dislike? Great software if you have the right IT support

What do you like best? The user experience is great - very engaging. Reporting is also really effective. What do you dislike? There are so many manual work arounds our business needs to employ to make this system work. My SAP Litmos 2019 Experience

What do you like best? I enjoyed the interactive experiences like Magic Leap, and the dynamic set up of the event space. More interactive events like these would allow for even more engagement. The breakout sessions that really were deep dives like Advanced Litmos certification, and the Gamification sessions, Learning Convergence to name a few were really good and impactful breakout sessions. Great flexible tool

What do you like best? I love the flexibility we have within Litmos to develop engaging solutions for different environments and different user groups. We are able to use the tool both as a self paced learning tool as well as to support classroom training. What do you dislike? It would be great if the native reporting could be beefed up. I like it because it is quite accessible, it has many features included in low subscription levels that are excellent compared to competitors, excellent support staff, easy to use, allows importing many different file types, includes a good e-commerce solution and many add-ons for external administration What do you dislike? Friendly, competent, and responsive customer service

What do you like best? I spoke with Litmos customer service several times and each time they tied the conversation back to my original ticket, so I didn't feel as though they weren't on the same page, or that I had to explain the issue more than once. They were professional and communicative, suggested a work-around solution, and resolved the issue quickly. Great software supported by amazing technical support

What do you like best? There are so many benefits with this LMS and we have been able to make a real impact in our business with the use of this software. The ease of uploading content whether its a SCORM package or other, the navigation for users and most importantly the superior technical support received. What do you dislike? Technical Issue Solved Promptly

What do you like best? Recently I had a technical issue. I submitted a help ticket and received a prompt response. I sent my inquiry on the weekend so I was delighted to have a response answered so quickly. What do you dislike? At first it takes a little getting used to the layout.
