Simplicity

What do you like best? What I find most helpful about SAP Litmos is the ease of use. What do you dislike? I am seeing more systems out there that focus more on the learner experience through AI. Not sure if you plan to go in that direction. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No prior LMS platform used, just a compliance system. Benefits we've realized include that we can make learning consistent and dynamic when needed.

Easy to Use for Basic ELearning

What do you like best? The UI is clean, simple and get be modified if you are handy with CSS and HTML. What do you dislike? There seems to be roadblocks for the way you may want courses and learning paths to work without modifying your own Litmos account. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great support! I'm not as tech savvy as I'd like to be and never feel embarrassed for asking for help. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Corporate Trainer

What do you like best? I appreciate the fact that their legal team does the research to create content that aligns and meet state requirements. What do you dislike? The pricing model seems to be old school, where you pay for a user versus usage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving security and state/federal state specific training needs. We have been able to keep track of who is compliant through the reports section.

Litmos is there to help you, train others

What do you like best? The support team, our account manager Cindy, and the product. What do you dislike? To truly make this product customizable, there is a great deal of HTML and CSS knowledge in order to do so. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Litmos for three reasons: internal on-boarding, external product training, and because it's easy to learn UI.

Good Product, not great support

What do you like best? The product is very strong. I was able to come in with no training and put together a bunch of courses, learning paths, and exams for my team to take. What do you dislike? I've asked support for a few simple things on multiple occasions and nobody ever gets back to me. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a good platform but don't expect too much from the support team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Experienced LMS User

What do you like best? Very easy to upload content and users. The first login email is great as it eliminates the need for a manual email to be sent. The learner interface is extremely easy to use and requires little to no training. What do you dislike? Some pretty standard functions are missing. I cannot select items from multiple pages. I cannot sort lists (i.e. users only appear alphabetical by first name.. There is no grade book! The reporting is not user friendly, and misses on ...
