Litmos has been a huge upgrade to our learning management strategies.

What do you like best? Litmos is easy to use. It's user friendly and it's been simple for our teams to jump right in and create content. What do you dislike? I haven't experienced anything I don't like yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've seen an increase in the speed at which new hires are trained and ready to perform their jobs. We've also been able to streamline compliance training so it's not as manual of a process.

Useful but some courses not too interactive

What do you like best? I like it because it's very a very practical platform, very easy to use, plus with elements that help you make the most of it. What do you dislike? However, some of the courses (talking about the material on the courses here are not too interactive and handy. For instance, when the course is purely pdf base, it's impossible to get to the slide 50 easily and quickly. On the other hand, it doesn't show your progress when you have progress to certain part of X module, ...

I wish you could have a team discussion not just in the courses. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to offer online modules and track learning - we did not have system previously. it was all manual.

I Love Litmos

What do you like best? Litmos is a great learning platform that you can upload content to with ease. You can also change the content and push notifications to the new user about a new set of modules to complete. My most favorite part of the Litmos is the teams section as well as the reports. At any given time I can pull a report to check and see how people are doing. I can also break down the users and classify them into teams which makes it easier to work with a specific group of users ...
