What do you like best? I like that the staff is available to work through solutions and come up with alternatives when special circumstances are required from the business. What do you like best? Love the simplicity and ease of which you can use the product and features What do you dislike? As with anything, it takes a little getting used to figuring out. What do you like best? Sophisticated content and thought provoking material. What do you dislike? I wish the course has been longer. I would have wanted to see more video content available on the LMS. it could have been more interactive. What do you like best? Our company's product is very extensive and training a new hire to quickly come up to speed has been a challenge. Litmos has not only provided us with a leveled playing field for all employees to learn at their own pace through a variety of learning styles, but it has also cut the amount of training time in half without taking another employee's time for training purposes. User friendly and cost effective solution

What do you like best? The two major deciding factors when we chose Litmos as our LMS were: friendly and easy to learn UI and cost effective solution. We were able to have a fully deployed customized LMS in a week, and the option of adding off-the-shelf content through the Litmos Heroes is very helpful for compliance and generic soft skills training. Great Customer Service

What do you like best? It's easy to set up courses, users, etc. and when you get jammed up, customer service is very easy to work with. When I was first getting started, I was in a time crunch and customer service helped me so much to meet my deadline. What do you dislike? So far, so good for basic needs

What do you like best? The user addition and course creation functionalities are pretty intuitive for basic needs. What do you dislike? The non-intuitive functionalities are *very* non-intuitive. Need expert help for those. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We expect it to provide user training for our customers which is currently being done in person at significant expense.
