What do you like best? Michael Rozario is always a pleasure to deal with, he always goes over and above whenever we need assstance. What do you dislike? I dislike the ability to be able to customise certain features, such as messaging in calendar invites and creating my own columns and options within the reporting, LITMOS is quite limited with alot of the features offered and I feel they need to be more adaptive if they want to compete agaist their competitors. What do you like best? Michael is always more then happy to help. He always goes above and beyond to investigate issues that might occur our end, replies with answers and emails to see if we are happy with it. What do you dislike? That the old LMS system is not very user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We do not use SAP Litmos so i cant answer that question.

What do you like best? The partnership from sales through to delivery has been phenomenal. What do you dislike? They require a litmos.com domain. It would be ideal if custom domains are possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They have been clearly outlined and documented in the award wins. The timing execution on the implementations were critical.

What do you like best? Litmos provides our members with an initiative, seamless platform to deliver education. We couldn't be happier with the user experience. What do you dislike? The platform is quite intuitive but could use some enhancements to their reporting

What do you like best? I like the dashboard and the ease of uploading content. I was able to really jump right in and know exactly what to do with my content as I was loading it. The dashboard is clean and intuitive. What do you dislike? Reporting needs enhancements. What do you like best? The ease of tracking and maintaining learner data is by far my favorite feature. What do you dislike? Support is Lacking

What do you like best? The system features allow us to accomplish our basic needs to support training for a global training organization. What do you dislike? The support is often lacking, for simple issues we receive timely responses and solutions but often that is not the case. We have experienced support tickets that are open for months with no resolution, and lack of response from the support team. What do you like best? The LMS has been a great solution to our company compliance and audit tracking. I also really appreciate the support team in their responsiveness to all of our issues and questions. What do you dislike?
