SAP Litmos Reviews in May 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Litmos allows our team to upload courses quickly and easily!

What do you like best? Courses being able to be uploaded quickly to the LMS. What do you dislike? The customer service does take time to setup JWT tokens across other platforms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The connection between our gamification / leaderboard interactions are much more streamlined and allow us to record the users progress.

Easy to use

What do you like best? I like the way that Litmos is built up, it's really easy for the virtual learning maps and the interactions. What do you dislike? Sometime the page takes too long to load. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been using litmos as a manager and also as a learner. It's pretty interactive and easy to use.

User friendly on both front and back

What do you like best? It is easy to use for both the front end users (administrators) and What do you dislike? Content library is lacking in good material. The tutorials that are in there are very elementary and boring--not up to standards for todays learner. Easy and clear platform for the user.

What do you like best? I like the UX and UI of the courses and the platform, very easy and clear for the users. Very intuitive and visual. I like the interface that don't have a lot of things that confuse the user. I would like to see other courses in litmos to see the different things that you can apply for the users and the results that you can obtain. What do you dislike? Simple and Clean UI

What do you like best? I love the simple and clean user interface. It's great that you can drag and drop pieces of content into a course and quickly connect courses to create a learning path. An interactive way to learn

What do you like best? The fact that you learn a wide range variety of topics oriented to enhance your knowledge as well as the environment where you work with your team. What do you dislike? That is too audible oriented so I believe that more exercises or interactivity would make things better. Getting Better

What do you like best? The technical support provided in the last few weeks has improved exponentially! Michael in particular is so calm and helpful. In the past, it was a phone line that would ring out and an email address that wasn't answered for days. What do you dislike? There are parts of the LMS that don't fit our requirements. What do you like best? We made the switch to Litmos and it was a breath of fresh air from our previous LMS. The platform is easy to use, intuitive and makes it very easy to train our staff.
