What do you like best? The support staff at Litmos is very quick to respond and always very helpful. The online course library is also extremely diverse and covers a lot of important topics such as cyber security, workplace safety, and management skills. What do you dislike? Effective, Efficient
What do you like best? Easy to built courses and monitoring is relatively simple What do you dislike? Unable to hide courses after deactivated/hard to distinguish between active courses. Report build is a bit cumbersome but can be navigated to figure out after some work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? easy to complete required onboarding courses and provide to all employees relatively easy.

What do you like best? Litmos Heroes is a great value. We also had a good experience during the sales process. What do you dislike? We have yet to encounter any negatives; it's still early in our relationship. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Litmos allows our team to upload courses quickly and easily!
What do you like best? Courses being able to be uploaded quickly to the LMS. What do you dislike? The customer service does take time to setup JWT tokens across other platforms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The connection between our gamification / leaderboard interactions are much more streamlined and allow us to record the users progress.

Easy to use
What do you like best? I like the way that Litmos is built up, it's really easy for the virtual learning maps and the interactions. What do you dislike? Sometime the page takes too long to load. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been using litmos as a manager and also as a learner. It's pretty interactive and easy to use.
