We entrusted Litmos for our company's first Learning Management System.
What do you like best? One of the reasons for choosing Litmos was its ease of use. Prior to introducing the LMS to our employees, we found the system quite easy to tailor to our needs and easy to implement. What do you dislike? There are some functions and features we would like to see that are currently not available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our employees have also found the system to be extremely easy to navigate and have ...

Good interface
What do you like best? Ease of use (admin & end user), simple & clean user interface What do you dislike? (This is an issue from us not using Litmos to 100% features like topics) difficult to visualize/manage courses in different realms/areas of the company. Also it is difficult to link to specific Litmos courses from external sources (but easy to navigate from within Litmos) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Assigning courses to ...

Meets our needs
What do you like best? I like the options to view things - learner and admin views, by courses, by team, and by individuals. It's easy to add courses and add content to them. I like the variety in content options when building a course. I also like being able to build reports and have them emailed to me on periodic basis. The leaderboard is neat. Using API to link to our Asana projects is saving us a lot of time and hassle. What do you dislike? The user interface is clunky. For nearly ...

Steady Growth with Litmos
What do you like best? I think overall Litmos has a clean interface. I like that it offers built-in authoring tools and I would love to see those tools continue to expand. We have been using Litmos for several years now, and I also like how Litmos is constantly improving its offering with new features. There have been many cases where we have run into a "limitation" with Litmos, only to see it get resolved with an update over the course of a year. Finally, I love that Litmos has an API ...

My Experience with Litmos
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to access the courses I need to access through Litmos and how it keeps me organized when it comes to stating which of my students have shown up and completed their courses they have signed up for. What do you dislike? It seems difficult to add/remove students from courses. It is difficult in terms of the navigation and it seems like the process could be more user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Onboarding and ongoing training platform
What do you like best? Learning Paths are an efficient way to roll out a set number of courses in a specific order for on boarding purposes. It is also very easy to upload content to create new courses. What do you dislike? As paths for on boarding get more complex over a 12 week period and are dependent on a new hire's pace, it becomes tedious to have to manually kick off various courses each week. We don't assign all courses at once or they have issues finding them on their home ...
