Great product at a fair price!
We run local routes, being able to always find where the trucks are is so helpful. We are only using a small percentage of samsara’s capabilities, but will continue leveraging more and more.

We are a new customer of Samsara GPS…
We are a new customer of Samsara GPS Vehicle tracking . I was using another service for many years and was truly amazed when we did a trial of the Samsara system . The samsara system is very much a well thought out and easy to navigate product and i would recommend to anyone . Customer service went up and above our expectations.Mike G

Quick resolution to most issues
Quick resolution to most issuesuser friendly dashboardgreat features.You can only review camera data that is classified as a harsh event after 24 hours. I would like to be able to retrieve regular driving events for training purposes.Also, on two occasions the system has gone down causing data not to be pulled accurately.

Better communications in regards to enhancements that are sent by customers. I've submitted numerous enhancements and suggestions using the feedback feature but have no idea if they will ever be considered or are ever received by anyone.

Somewhat Satisfied
For the most part, it's a good system. But, if you have any other apps you want to use on your tablets, you will run out of data and they won't work once that happens. They tell you that you can get rid of your roaming data plan saving you money, but in the end, you will pay at least that to purchase more data from Samsara. I've also had issues with data not resetting at the beginning of the month. It's the 5th of the month, and I still don't have data reset on 1/3 of my vehicles. And no ...

Using Samsara has been one of the best…
Using Samsara has been one of the best decisions that we have made as a company. One of the best endorsements that I can give Samsara is that it simply works and it works better than its competition. Other systems that we had were not user friendly and had frequent issues. The Samsara dash cameras have mitigated many accidents that were not our fault.
