Having trouble with having correct…
Having trouble with having correct speed violations. Also the system throws a few harsh events that are not really harsh events. We still haven't been able to locate a following too close alert. Customer service has not been that helpful so far.

Not satisfied with Samsara ELD
Not satisfied with Samsara ELD. Horrible and slow costumer service/support, usually not solving the problem. Slow lagging app.Randomly changing duty status by itself.

Great company
Great company! Great representatives. When we first got the equipment, they set up a conference with us to walk us through the process and showed us everything we needed to know about it. When I have a question, the rep is quick to reply and help in any way possible. Thank you for all you do!

We are a new customer of Samsara GPS…
We are a new customer of Samsara GPS Vehicle tracking . I was using another service for many years and was truly amazed when we did a trial of the Samsara system . The samsara system is very much a well thought out and easy to navigate product and i would recommend to anyone . Customer service went up and above our expectations.Mike G

The system as well as both Jeremy and Lauren we’re just top notch! The system was very easy to use and setup. Both employees we’re more than helpful. Will return once out of contract for sure!

Great product at a fair price!
We run local routes, being able to always find where the trucks are is so helpful. We are only using a small percentage of samsara’s capabilities, but will continue leveraging more and more.
