Samsara are the pits

"USE SAMSARA"
What do you like best about Samsara? I like using this application because it allows me to have GPS access to the drivers that work in the logistics sector; in this way, it helps us have accurate information in real-time to meet the requirements of our customers. Thanks to this opportunity to have access to this platform, our company has been able to simplify processes and handle more clients most professionally.

STAY AWAY FROM SAMSARA! We have been with this company for over a year and finding the prices for the service and the shipping to be ridiculous and unaffordable at this point. They also charge $116 shipping to ship three tiny key fobs to us @ $12 each. Nowhere do they clearly state a cancellation clause - I've been looking everywhere for it. But they're telling me that we'll have to pay "a fee that is equal to a year of service for each device you are returning" as a penalty. And this is ...

Good for the basics, but Routing and the API should be avoided.
My company has spent more than 20k to build the API links to our ECM software to support routing and digital Proof of Delivery documents with Samsara. This was our primary reason for selecting them over a year ago and proved to be a costly mistake. Capturing the signatures from the mobile devices into the Samsara cloud does not work 20% of the time. Also, routes are limited to 20 stops (we can have routes with up to 30 stops) and the route optimization routine is almost useless. Finally, ...
