Easy to use for both field staff via the app or administrative/support staff via the browser. Permissions, settings, statuses are all customizable. We use the Data Grid which helps us to track detailed homeowner info that we can use for targeted follow-ups. Customer support is very fast to respond to any questions or concerns as well.
