Good customer service. Great product.

What do you like best? Being able to see the customers information. What do you dislike? Not being in real time with the sales reps. Recommendations to others considering the product: You will love it! Improves door to door performance drastically. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We mainly use Sales Rabbit to mark where we have already worked.

What do you like best? Having SalesRabbit has helped our interns immensely- being able to track our movement and interactions quickly has been a game-changer. The app is easy to use and I would recommend to anyone working in door-to-door sales. What do you dislike? The downsides of SalesRabbit is not being able to add borders for cities/counties- granted not every company using SalesRabbit would need this feature. What do you like best? Very easy to use. I've tried other things and the user experience has been lousy. What do you dislike? Lately, they have been working on new features, but I think it would be better to keep it simple. Of course, you can do without using those. Been using it for d2d sales for 2 years with Southwestern Advantage

What do you like best? The easy to use interface and how many features there are. Makes the work easier What do you dislike? Baterry drain for the devices as well as some features dont work as well on Android devices What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Drawing maps and setting appointments before took too long and was hard to manage, now one app does it all.

Constantly improving the product

What do you like best? I have used it a couple of summers and every summer the experience has been better. The best thing I have liked is the fast customer service. 2017 summer suddenly the system stopped working in the evening because of miscommunication, I contacted through their customer support around 8 pm and the app was up working in less than 10 minutes.
