Good customer service. Great product.

What do you like best? Being able to see the customers information. What do you dislike? Not being in real time with the sales reps. What do you like best? Having SalesRabbit has helped our interns immensely- being able to track our movement and interactions quickly has been a game-changer. What do you like best? I like the customised icons for our door-to-door business, so it suits our needs and makes working faster with putting precise information really fast. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very easy to use. I've tried other things and the user experience has been lousy. What do you dislike? Lately, they have been working on new features, but I think it would be better to keep it simple. Of course, you can do without using those.
