Missed the mark
What do you like best? The layout of the app was appealing. In the beginning it worked but quickly went down hill. What do you dislike? slow and laggy all the time. We were told that there was nothing that they could do to help with the app speed. Recommendations to others considering the product: Would not recommend. Leads- visualized.
What do you like best? My favorite feature of SalesRabbit is the active tracking in the app. It's so helpful to know where I'm at since I always plan out where I'm going to go next. If you've ever been out in the field, one of the biggest things is knowing where you are, and where you want to go. Great program for tracking field activity
What do you like best? Sales Rabbit helps our company to manage our canvassing team and field marketing efforts. Easy to use for both field staff via the app or administrative/support staff via the browser. Permissions, settings, statuses are all customizable. Very Intuitive
What do you like best? The entire platform is very intuitive. Adding prospects is done with ease and absent any confusion. What do you dislike? Often times the app will freeze while you are in the "map" mode. This can be quite frustrating while running Sales Rabbit on a tablet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Prospect Organization. Solid CRM. Excellent for door-to-door sales. Easy to train your staff to you use the platform.
