The most useful feature of SALESmanago is its automation - where you can configure reactions based on the actions of the users (like opening e-mail, visiting certain website page, getting certain score or filling out the form. Customer Service is slow, Automation system does not work properly

What do you like best? There are lots of great features that we can utilize for CRM and email retargetting. Salesmanago pricing is also good compared with their competitors, so if your company is an SME and have a restrained budget then I'd recommend SalesManago. What do you dislike?
