Just a real good program, but the customer service is even better!

What do you like best? I like the program for it's ease of use and the way you can automate almost anything. But that's not the best. The best is the support we have. What do you like best? From my side, the support is the best. Every time when I had problem my personal consultant found time for me. What do you dislike? Dashboard has to much possibilietes. There shoulb be basic version - step by step. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
