I cannot recommend this product after 1…
I cannot recommend this product after 1 year. I found recently they've been over charging me for text messages and calls for literally the enture duration. Charging me 3x the price for texts - because I had an apostrophe in the word "I'm"......... this is why that said "their text client charged me 3x the price" ... then I found when I logged calls from my phone I wuold get back to my computer and be asked to log the same call and so I would thinking it was not big deal just a flaw in their ...

Not bad as a crm and easy to use but still has its issues
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Bulk emailing is amazing with tagging which is what I use it for the most. Also, the ability to see the emails trail in each contact is great. Their customer service is amazing and they are very polite and courteous. They are striving to always get better which is a good sign but improvement need to be made to mix it with the big boys. It's great because it just completely improved our productivity when it comes to data management.
What do you like best? The ability to customize this software to do exactly what you want is incredible, you can create workflows so repetitive that literally the media will configure it to copy and the field routine you want. The email is fantastic the views and the reports are beautifully designed and everything can be edited to my liking. I don't like the fact that when I update one section, the rest does not update. I would like a VERY SIMPLE platform where there is one page with ALL info such as quote, contact, etc. I don't like how hidden the notes are.
