What do you like best? The ability to prospect for people is much easier! I can create cadances and categorize my contacts! I can take groups of people and perform actions that would take me 2 hours in a 20 minutes. Definitely speeds up my pace if I prepare in advance! What do you dislike? Great tool for sales outreach efficiency
What do you like best? Easy to setup a cadence and automate prospect outreach instead of working through tasks individually. What do you dislike? Not much to complain about. The import mapping needs to be setup with direct people import rather than integration with tools like Zoominfo. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Small sales team, huge outreach and activity. Takes the place of needing a large SDR team.

Great Sales Outreach Solution
What do you like best? Salesloft not only makes it easy to keep all outreach and prospecting organized, it also lets you see when prospects open your emails. I also love the ability to "loft" emails right out of gmail so everything is automatically tracked in SFDC eliminating a time consuming step. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The configuration to set up cadences with specified templates and steps for different targets. Keeps things organized so I can be more productive as a rep. What do you dislike? Good Engagement Tool, but Inconsistent
What do you like best? Dialer that logs to SFDC - saves a lot of time, and you don't have to log your notes as manually. What do you dislike? Dropped calls, connection issues, support quality has slipped since start of product. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you have back-up calling solutions - their VOIP connections are not fail-safe enough, and tend to drop calls. Sales Loft for Sales Winners
What do you like best? My current role is based around Lead Generation so I'm a big fan of this tool. It has helped me to dramatically reduce time spent doing the following tasks: Conversation Intelligence, Email Tracking, Outbound Call Tracking, Sales Engagement, Social Selling Prospection and overall increased my performance. This product has great customer service
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love SalesLoft’s customer support team, they respond quickly to my questions so I don’t have to wait few hours in order to get the answer from them. They constantly release new features and integrations with numerous products. I like its Idea Exchange so we can vote for new updates and features. Amazing tool that has been beneficial to succeed in my role!
What do you like best? Love how easy to use/user friendly Salesloft is, as well as how beneficial the tool has been in my day to day role!
